Sei-hikitsugi

Sei-Hikitsugi is the teachers certificate. With this certificate a teacher is able to request Kyojo up to Okuden for his/her students.

Hikitsugi is the assistant teachers certificate. With this certificate a teacher is able to request Kyojo up to Shikaden for his/her students.

Both of these certificates are given along with the Kyojo for two of the secret temaes. The groups called Betsuden for Sei-Hikitsugi and Okuden for Hikitsugi.
