Sumi Tema

There are a few different sumi Temae:

• Shozumi – Before Koicha.
• Gozumi – Between koicha and Usucha.
• Bonkogo – Using a Kogo with a history.
• Sumishomo – Asking the guest to place the sumi.
• Shinsumi – Used for Daisu temae.
